The VUDA has developed 70 colonies with HIG - 2,651 plots, MIG - 6,385 plots, LIG - 4,439 plots, EWS - 106 plots (Total - 13,581) and allotted to the various sections of people.

The VUDA has developed and allotted 429 shops & 50 office accommodations in 24 colonies.
