VUDA proposes to conduct Open Auction on25, 26, 27 & 28 July 2010from10.00 A.M onwards at VUDA Children Theatre, Siripuram,Visakhapatnam to dispose off the areas KAPULUPPADA, KURMANNAPALEM, MVP COLONY, SONTYAM, KUMMARIPALEM, GANDIGUNDAM, LAKE VIEW LAYAOUT and RAWADA in Visakhapatnam and KANAPAKA AYYANNAPETA and BABA METTA in Vizianagaram. Applications along with details of plots, upset price, terms & conditions, EMD and payment schedule etc., can be had from the Information & Reception Counter at Ground Floor of O/o VUDA from 08-07-2010 and also at the auction venue on the day of auction on payment ofRs.300/- in cash or Rs.350/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of "Vice Chairman, VUDA" for each application to obtain by post.

The Vice Chairman or his authorized auction officer reserves the right to add or delete the number of plots put for auction or postpone the auction or cancel the allotments made through auction without assigning any reason at any stage.
