Caution about unauthorized layouts
As per the Urban Development Act 1975 it is mandatory to take necessary approvals for any layout development by any developer. Following is the list of unauthorized layouts identified till date by the VUDA for which there are no statutory permissions or approvals.
The public are cautioned not to purchase any plots without layout approval by the VUDA. Anybody who have already purchased the plots in these layouts are advised to approach proper forum.
